heres your reminder to:
drink water,
listen to your favorite song,
eat something healthy,
write your thoughts down,
to watch your favorite movie or show,
to find something new to obsess over,
to hug your pet,
to hug your favorite person,
to dance around your room,
to make a list of goals,
to turn your dreams into reality,
to tell them you love them.
and to tell yourself “I love you and you’re doing great”.
 
Focus on yourself, and who you are right now. You’ll get better.
