Over the years I’ve learned about things I can and cannot do while I have anxiety, and I try to make sure that they’re productive but not energy draining.
This is a post I made for Chris and anyone else dealing with a mental illness. My husband also deals with one. I want you all to know that people with mental illnesses are worth of being loved and you can have amazing relationships with them, platonic or romantic.
