General Shop Policy and FAQ

can i buy on IG?

yes you can purchase my items (cheaper/no fees, just pay item price and shipping) my IG store is @kikiskositas, I wanted a different name than my website but im not ready to let go of SOYVIRGO.COM yet… so i made that ig instead of “soyvirgoshop” or something similar. im very indesicive ahhh!

what materials/equipment do you use for your shop?

  • design: ipad my husbo got me i use whatever free apps are avail to me, i also just doodle  ideas of my designs and then go to store n choose colors
  • print: an hp printer my mom bought when she had a business + just print labels off computer paper for now ahh, paper tape rather than that sticky tape i try my best to be eco friendly ok!
  • pack: i reuse packaging and try to use more paper items rather than using plastic

how do you balance work/life with the online shop?

you just have to make it work! im an organized perfectionist who is unorganized due to having two cats and a part time job, i also have other things i like to do like BLOG and Live Streaming/gaming and also im trying to make 2 youtube channels pop off oh also im trying to make my cats into internet stars, like anything to make me money so i don’t have to stress about going homeless tbh… like ahh amerikka so lovely living here NOT.

but my priorities are to sell things and ship them on a timely basis and whatever happens, the customers come first. i get so excited just making a sale so i drop everything for the shop. it’s very important to me to actually accomplish something and so far making sales on the shop makes me feel like im doing something right as an adult.

when did you decide you wanted a shop?

ever since having a depop shop since 2012-2018? i was really doing good on depop until they started acting up after they sold it to some losers. and i hate the fees on other selling apps. so just had to make my own store, yeah im a baddie for opening my own store i knowww!

how and why did you start this shop?

i started to blog since i was young through tumblr! then i started to sell clothes and junk on depop and other apps. then i made an official website/blog in 2018, then i started realizing i can just upload my stuff im trying to sell onto my site since my theme came with a store theme like… bless the theme maker! it just all snowballed from my tumblr days and REALLY got into it when i was in mexico just graduated 2 years of college and had no job in 2018 lol – i procrastinated on the shop for a while since i had full time jobs but i started to really work on it during covid / 2020

(how notes) 1. it costs money to have a website/shop so you need a job and work on setting a budget as im writing this it will cost me 200 this year to keep my site running. am i spending too much on it yes, i don’t make money currently to cover the cost but i love it ok thats why i have a job to pay the blog bills LOL i feel like im paying for writing a blog and having a store and idky it costs me money but it does thats life baby it would b nice if everyone can make money online but you gotta pay for domain names and what not to run a cute lil site..

2. i decided which platform to sell on (etsy, no bc they had issues in the past, shopify no bc they only give u a trial, i already have a site on wordpress, might as well use woocommerce because it seems to work great with WP!).

3. researching materials/manufacturers (i found sites that put your art on items to sell on your site but i don’t really like that because i prefer to handwrite and pack items myself it makes it more cute to have a shop where i pack things myself and see the item i am shipping out). 4. designing my products, signatures, brand logo, receipts, all on my own because i want to save money and i don’t believe i need to pay someone to make everything for me.

5. actually taking time to make the items and come up with ideas of what to sell. I use my cousin to decide what to upload to my site, she is a great shopper and has the aesthetic i want to my target audience to be, i don’t want to sell items i personally don’t like either. 6. designing my packaging or finding items to make the orders i pack look cuter.

7. sharing my items from my shop on social media and also making youtube videos on them that way i can bring people to the shop and sell! 8. photographing / editing images with my watermark so people can easily search up my shop/store if they see that pic of the item im selling ahh!

9. researching shipping and postage using pirateship which compares prices but also woocommerce and paypal do it for u…ithink? so its great to have a website where you can do all that in one dashboard, not having to use a site for this, another site for that, another app for that, etc. is just a blessing so thats also what i think im paying 200 a year for lolz

if you’re a perfectionist like myself, this might take years… but i say just do it open the dang store! if you’re a creative person and want to create you NEED to do et!!! just work a lil save up money and make your shop! just do it seriously i cant stress it enough to take action dont wait ahhh we need more shops like urs no more overproduced junk made by poor exploited ppl, just more you thank u!!

Each crochet item is HANDMADE. Since they are handmade, all will be unique and may have tiny flaws, they might look different from the image but it will still be the same product. Most of the crochet items are made to order.

Shipping and Packaging

♡ take note ( loves Reusing packing items or using mailing bags which are compostable and 100% biodegradable.

Mailing service of choice is usps – I try to use the cheapest services for now!

LOST package

Take Note is not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit.

We do not have control of the shipping timeline of your package once it leaves our doors. It is the responsibility of the customer to track, locate packages or contact the mail carrier to submit a claim.


♡  Each order includes tracking, unless it is an order containing only Stickers or thin stationary items which are shipped within 5 business days. These particular items will be shipped using stamps and do not contain tracking.

♡  Your tracking information should be sent to your email or through paypal so keep track of that! Some Items in the store are fulfillment items so I don’t have the item and won’t ship them myself, a company will do it for me!

♡ Currently only ship to few countries. please email if you’re not able to shop I will work with you on a quote to ship to your country!

Order Processing

Please allow 2-5 days processing time before your order is shipped. If you order a handmade item, please allow 1-2 weeks before your order is finally shipped since maybe i don’t have the thread available right away. I am only one bb gyal one brain isn’t enough to run this site/shop/life, no one man should have all that power! ʕ ꈍᴥꈍʔ

Please note that fulfillment time could vary during sales and holiday seasons. Delivery days are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email so make sure to keep track in your email!

Please make sure your information is correct when placing an order, once I ship an item it’s out of my hands so if you can make sure your address and info is correct that would be amazing.

I will try to do weekly shipping on Wednesdays or Fridays!

Refunds and returns


Please contact with your info if you believe your package has been returned. If you would like your order reshipped or sent to a new address, the shipping fee must be paid again. If you no longer wish to receive your order, the order will be canceled and your original payment account will be refunded for the cost of goods. Taxes and shipping fees cannot be refunded.

♡ No Refund on thrifted items!

All sales are final for items labeled as thrifted/used. No refunds can be made.

♡ No refund on digital products!

All sales are final for digital products with no refunds available.

♡ We do not accept returns/exchanges. Take Note is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged package, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. I will share all info I can and images of an item so that you know exactly what you are purchasing that way you won’t feel the need to want a refund!


Take Note is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

These costs may vary from country to country.

Other shop policies


Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles will be set depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Take Note cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting  customer support team.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide Take Note with accurate and complete billing information that may include but not limited to full name, address, state, postal or zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Take Note to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Take Note reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service with immediate effect.

Free Trial

Take Note may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time (“Free Trial”).

You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for Free Trial.

If you do enter your billing information when signing up for Free Trial, you will not be charged by Take Note until Free Trial has expired. On the last day of Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.

At any time and without notice, Take Note reserves the right to (i) modify Terms of Service of Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.

Fee Changes

Take Note, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Take Note will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of Service after Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.


We issue refunds for Contracts within 10 days of the original purchase of the Contract.


If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including but not limited to, your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

We may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.


We may provide paid products and/or services within Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
