Me and Madison decided to do a spring to do list for outdoor and indoor lovers! Hope you can find something to do from this list.

Indoor Spring Activities To-Do List

Listen to podcasts or helpful videos

you can do this all while you do other things around the house. I have been watching more LOA videos and I usually just have them playing in the background. Of course, only the ones that seem relevant.

Make daily affirmations

If you have some time, sit down and write out some affirmations you will need for the daily. One I’ve been trying to execute is writing down my ideal day, just the main points.

Write a letter for someone

I’m not sure why I thought of this (I wrote this list down in my journal and this was in that list), but when was the last time you wrote a letter to someone? Get some cute colored pens and pencils, write something you’ve been wanting to for a while and send it to someone. Right now, I feel like sending a love letter to my husband cause I miss him so much lol.

The obvious, Spring Clean!

Honestly, I love cleaning. I really enjoy going through all the little things in my room and deciding if I need to donate or sell anything.

Donate to any homeless shelters or youth shelters in your area. Make sure to donate to places who don’t throw away donations but actually use it for good.

Anyways, at this point, I’m looking to get rid of a ton of things because I decided I’m going to spend money on useful things and if it’s expensive, then it better be worth it and it should also be sustainable too. I realize I have a lot of cheap things that don’t work well for me anymore. Although I don’t like to throw those things away, I know if it doesn’t “spark joy” when I hold them anymore (lol) then it’s time to get rid of it.

When it comes to pantry organization, it’s out with the old and in with the new with these tips from @apttherapy guaranteed to tidy up your space. Start by tossing out any snacks that are passed their prime. Then, keep all your favorite goodies in their places and within reach by storing them in airtight, labeled containers or wire mesh baskets. Extra points for allowing only one row of jars on each shelf.

Exercise, yoga, meditation or stretches

Since it’s Spring time, and it is warmer outside for most of you guys, you should try to incorporate some yoga, stretching or regular exercising into your daily routine! This will get you ready for summer breaks and all that, then you can get plump again during the Winter season and do it all over again!

Get rid of negatives

I mean like delete old text messages or emails you are keeping from people who have fought with. Maybe even go a step further and drop the negative energy in your daily life, like, the negative ways you talk to yourself for example.

Plan a vacation

Spring is the perfect time to plan for vacations. Maybe you are already on Spring break from school and have a lot of time on your hands. Why not start planning vacations for your future breaks! I need to plan going to Mexico for about a week. It’s been a while since I’ve been there and I desperately need to see my cat Chibi, and grandparents of course.

Learn something new

Take some online courses for free. Check out youtube for how to do pilates, play guitar and anything else!

Create a goal board

Make goals for yourself! It can either be for the remainder of spring or the rest of the year. You don’t only have to add images to the wall of your room, but you can also write down in big letters what you plan on getting in your life.

Eat healthier

Take this Spring challenge and try to eat more veggies and fruits for the rest of Spring. If you can’t do it for so long, why not just try a week?

Focus on cutting cheese, sweets, and maybe even meats from your daily meals and see if you like it, if it makes you feel good, see if you can continue.

You must be living under a rock if you don’t know the true horrors behind the dairy, meat and fast food industry. Also, let’s try cutting all the plastic from our life. Don’t go throwing out all the plastic that you own that’s still usable, just try not to buy more of it.

Check out my recipe board on Pinterest, also check out Madison on Instagram to start a journey with her on getting healthier!
